Hyderabad: The TD and YSRC have started a social media war over the capital region fire. While the YSRC said the ‘Telugu Dongala Party’ is trying to blame the Opposition the TD said the YSRC had turned a bonfire into a “pyre.”

The TD asks how Sakshi came to know about the incident first. Both parties have been posting on their Facebook pages the morphed pictures of the arson since the last four days.

The TD claimed on its FB page that “organised arson has been the culture of some who wish to create bad blood between the government and people. The culprit will be brought to justice.” The TD added, “How did Sakshi get to know about the Tullur crop fire much before others? How is it that the news channel covered the locations and interviewed farmers before others?”

The TD also alleged on its FB page, "Used as a tool for politics by its owner, why did it insinuate that the government was behind the fire even though an investigation is underway? Their actions clearly suggest that it is an organised crime perpetrated by YSRCP chief Jagan. Did the TV channel give away the truth by demonstrating its over eagerness?"

The YSRC strongly questioned TD government for not nabbing the culprits even after four days as TD leaders are allegedly involved. They said government has been threatening farmers and in an attempt to create fear had resorted to arson.
