Telugu Actor Venu Madhav Passes Away

Hyderabad Iconic Telugu actor and comedian Venu Madhav (39) who was admitted to Yashoda hospital in a critical condition passed away in Secunderabad at 12 :30 PM. According to sources, Venu Madhav was in a critical condition and was in the ICU on ventilator support. The actor had been reportedly suffering from long-standing liver and kidney-related problems and was on dialysis. He is survived by his wife and two children.

However, a few gossip mongers have spread false news of his death when he was admitted to the hospital. The news of his death had gone viral on all social media platforms saying Telugu actor Venu Madhav has died due to liver and other health issues. But now news was officially confirmed by his family members.

Venu Madhav was born on December 30, 1979 near Kodad in Nalgonda district of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. He first featured in films in a minor role in Sampradayam and then in the 1997 Telugu movie Master. Later on, he featured in many films in Telugu and Tamil and became a dependable character artiste in the Telugu film industry. He is said to have acted in more than 600 films and was spotted by director SV Krishna Reddy when he was performing a mimcry show in Ravindra Bharathi and it was he who introduced Venu Madhab to the Telugu film industry.He acted in many films including Lakshmi for which he won the Nandi Award, Sye, Pokiri,and many other memorable hit films.
