Cosmetic brands and physicians all over the world are busy finding ways that can enable people to stay young, but at what point would a person desire to stop aging? While anyone would want to appear young throughout their life, being a toddler for life may not fit everyone plans.

A teenager from England has a bright smile despite being affected by a rare condition due to which he still appears to be a toddler and is still unable to speak. The 13-year-old Angus Palmes suffers from stunted growth due to a chromosome abnormality.

He has to take 250 doses of medicine a week and wears clothes made for a three-year-old although he is just two years younger than his 15-year-old brother who is six-feet tall. Angus stopped growing when he was three and is 3 feet tall now as he weighs close to 13 kg.

But Angus has been defying doctors since a young age as he remains the only person battling this disease along with defeating meningitis at the age of two and undergoing surgeries for problems in his digestive system recently.

Angus has to undergo surgeries every few months as he battles other health issues as well. His family has no idea about his life expectancy and as for communication he has devised his own sign language.
