Washington: Now, one can shape-up with 'Fifty Shades of Grey' BDSM-based workout after enrolling themselves into a LA based fitness classes.

Fitness classes by Snow Mercy offers a fitness class that will help one burn 300-500 calories in just one hour, People Magazine reported.

Mercy, comparing the methods in her playroom to the experiences of Anastasia Steele played by Dakota Johnson, said that there is a scene where Anastasia is blindfolded and they put ear buds on her so she can't hear, and that's called sensory deprivation and she teaches all of that and incorporate it into her play.

She continued that she has been professional in the BDSM industry for around 11- and-half years, so way before the release of Fifty Shades book.

Mercy continued that there were people that want to exercise while wearing a leather g-string and maybe have clothespins on their nipples, and then there were people who just want to be motivated to do pushups or sit-ups when they get down to the floor, they kiss her boots.

Los Angeles native's classes combine sit-ups, pushups and running with collars, floggers and whips.
