Two top leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party are visiting Andhra Pradesh next week, triggering speculations over the possibility of giving clarity on their political strategies in the state for the next assembly elections.
While Union home minister Amit Shah is coming to Visakhapatnam on June 8, BJP national president J P Nadda will be visiting Tirupati on June 10.
Shah, who will be participating in various programmes including addressing a public meeting at Visakhapatnam. On the other hand, Nadda will be participating in the party programmes at Tirupati.
Though the purpose of their visits is to campaign the achievements of the Narendra Modi government in the last nine years, as part of Mahajan Sampark Abhiyan, the party leaders are expecting that they would give some direction to the local BJP unit on the future electoral alliances in the state.
