Ever since the unveiling of the poster for Animal, featuring Ranbir Kapoor gripping an axe while lighting a cigarette, the anticipation surrounding the film has been skyrocketing.

This particular shot captures a raw and bloody action sequence, which is undoubtedly one of the film's highlights under the direction of Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

According to reports, Sandeep filmed this gripping sequence using a multi-camera set-up, aiming for minimal cuts to maintain the intensity and authenticity. Interestingly, it is revealed to be one of Ranbir's personal favorite scenes in the movie.

Sources further claim that Sandeep has added his own twist to the iconic Axe gang's fight sequence from director Stephen Chow's blockbuster action comedy, Kung Fu Hustle (2004), infusing Animal with his unique directorial style and vision.
