Nikhil’s 20th movie was announced on his birthday with a fantastic first-look poster. Titled Swayambhu, the movie will be directed by debutant Bharat Krishnamachari.

Actress Samyuktha Menon who scored consecutive hits in Telugu, including Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak is finalized to play Nikhil’s ladylove in the movie.

The movie had its grand opening today. The team has also begun the film’s regular shoot on the same day. The makers announced the news through this breathtaking poster.

Nikhil as a warrior is seen riding the horse with a bow in his hand and he aims the arrow at a dragon in the poster. He looks flawless as a warrior here with the long hair and typical combatant costume.

Swayambhu will be an epic voyage of a legendary warrior and Nikhil undergoes a complete makeover to play the challenging role. It’s not just about the physical transformation. Nikhil undergoes training to learn different things required to play a warrior.

Bhuvan and Sreekar will produce the movie on Pixel Studios, while Tagore Madhu presents it. Ravi Basrur scores the music, while Manoj Paramahamsa cranks the camera for this Pan India project.
