Hyderabad: The KPHB police on Thursday served notices to two students, A. Nirbhay and Sai Surya Teja, against whom a complaint was filed for ragging by first-year student M. Raghavendra on Wednesday.
The two students are studying at JNTU-Hyderabad. Registrar Dr N.
