Report on Shaikh Mustafa murder case submitted

Hyderabad: Hyderabad police commissioner Mahender Reddy submitted a report in the HC regarding the Shaik Mustafa murder case.
The report said the police is investigating the possibility of sodomy and psychotic behaviour among soldiers. The court had asked for a report following a PIL filed by advocate Gulam Rabbani.
The report said the SIT was focusing on activities of madarsa, involvement of other organisations, grave provocation of army men and their psychotic behaviour.
B. Appala Raju, who committed suicide, is one of the strong suspects since he was present near the scene of offence.
During interrogation he had given conflicting replies on why he was present in the area.
