Vijayawada: Water resources minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao said people can lodge complaints against any issue relating to the governance or individuals, including him, by dailling 1100. He said the Chief Minister is working hard round-the-clock for the development of the state leaving aside his personal benefits the work progress of polavaram project YSRC Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is standing before law attending court.
