BENGALURU: Shanthinagar Congress MLA NA Haris' son and Congress youth wing general secretary Mohammad Nalapad Haris was involved in an ugly spat after he along with his associates, brutally assaulted a youth at a cafe in UB City Saturday night.

A badly injured Vidvat (24), was rushed to Mallya Hospital where Mohammad allegedly threatened him with dire consequences if he filed a complaint. The cops have nabbed five of the 15 goons but the prime accused Mohammad, is absconding.





According to the FIR, Vidvat who has a fractured leg, was sitting on a chair stretching his leg when Mohammad asked him to remove his leg. A verbal duel ensued followed by the attack.
