Hyderabad: A police complaint has been filed against TS state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao at the Moghalpura police station for using unparliamentary language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
An advocate and vice-president BJP minority morcha M.A. Qavi Abbasi, approached the police late on Wednesday night alleging that the CM, during his public address recently in Karimnagar, made derogatory comments against the PM. Mr Abbasi alleged that the CM has referred the PM in an offensive manner as “Modi Gaadu.”
Such unparliamentary language and reference against the Prime Minister is unacceptable to the BJP leaders and himself in particular, he stated in the complaint.
The BJP leader demanded that the police initiate action against the Chief Minister.
When contacted Inspector Moghalpura, Mr. R Devender said that they had made a general diary entry after receiving the complaint. “We are seeking legal opinion on the complaint from legal advisors and basing on it further action will be initiated,” the Inspector said.
