N Chandrabab Naidu to hold meetings with TD leaders

Hyderabad: TD president and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will arrive in the city on September 8 to meet with leaders of the TS party unit regarding preliminary discussions about the party strategy and alliance with other parties for the Assembly elections.
There are speculations about a possible alliance between the Congress and TD in the Telugu states/ TD general secretary and AP minister Nara Lokesh denied talk of an alliance in Telangana state, and said the party would contest all 119 seats.
He said, however, that the party politburo would take a final decision on the alliance. AICC leader Veerappa Moily, a former Karnataka chief minister, had during a recent visit said the Congress would contest the elections in TS alone.
