Hyderabad: The excise task force officials arrested three men found in possession of narcotic drugs, including cocaine, MDMA and dry ganja, on Tuesday from the Ameerpet area.

According to the police, the arrested were identified as Rahul, Rishab and Praveen. They were found in possession of the drugs whose estimated value is said to be Rs 1 lakh.





“Rahul was picked up from Ameerpet and 12 grams of cocaine was recovered from him, following which his associates, Rishab, a resident of Yousufguda and Praveen, were nabbed. We seized 0.5 grams of Malama cream, 10 grams of dry ganja, one gram MDMA powder and one tablet of ecstacy from them,” said the police, adding that they were consuming the drugs and also selling it to the needy customers in the city.

The gang confessed that the LSD blots were supplied to them by one G. Pramod Kumar of old Bowenpally in Secunderabad, who is reportedly absconding, police said, adding that the case is under investigation.
