Kacheguda Train Accident: Two train collide leaving 30 injured

Chaos for commuters after Kacheguda Railway station witnessed atypical mishap and more than 30 people have been injured. It is reported that two trains, one Intercity Express and another MMTS, went on to collide on Monday morning. The news has been confirmed by Southcentral Railway authorities.

Coming into details, the InterCity Express was in stationary position when MMTS came and collide. The reason for this unfortunate incident is said to be due to the failure in noticing signals, leading two trains on the same track line. Cops have confirmed it to be the negligence of technical department.

However, being in station limits, the train has come and rammed into another at a low speed comparatively, avoiding much destruction. The mishap has lead in damaging three coaches of MMTS entirely and six coaches detached. It is also tragic to learn that MMTS driver Sekhar got stuck in Engine and currently, officials are still in the process of rescuing him. Also, first aid is being given to those who are injured.
