Naidu urges lawyers to form teams in all assembly segments for party

Telugu Desam national president N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday has asked lawyers to form teams in each Assembly segment to fight false cases against the local TD leaders.

Naidu assured that the lawyers will get better opportunities when the TD comes back to power. He said the TD has inducted 125 graduates, 20 doctors and eight engineers along with 47 lawyers so far.

After taking oath with the TD Legal Cell in Mangalagiri, Naidu said that the Legal Cell plays a vital role in the functioning of the party. In a democracy, the Judiciary has the highest powers to correct any of the other departments like media and politics.

Naidu said that Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was the YSRC president and leader of the Opposition at that time, had also accepted Amaravati as the capital but now after taking charge as the Chief Minister is opposing it. Only Parliament can take a decision on this. The High Court has also clarified about the capital location, he added.
