Hyderabad: The issue of fee reimbursement to students rocked the AP Assembly on Friday. YSRC MLA P. Anil Kumar accused the TD government of harassing the students by linking fee reimbursement with Aadhaar cards.

He said that if universities like Oxford and Osmania gave awards for cheating, it would have gone to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Retaliating sharply, social welfare minister R. Kishore Babu said, “Another name for former CM Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy was corruption. How many cases are pending against Jagan? He can land up in jail again at any moment.”

Following, the YSRC members stood up in protest and the TD members too started protesting. Speaker Kodela Sivaparasada Rao intervened and calmed the House.
